The Marouane Rouicheq Paradigm
Marouane Rouicheq is a paradigm-shifting thinker, systems architect and inventor at the intersection of physics, biology and artificial intelligence. His work is born from a single, unifying conviction: that the universe operates on one underlying principle, and that principle can be understood from first principles.
Trained in the crucible of necessity rather than traditional academia, Marouane's intellect is defined by integration. He does not see disconnected fields, physics, economics, cognitive science, technology, he sees a single game being played out at different scales. This unique perspective led him to formulate the Underlying Theory of Structural Bases and Observables (UTSBO), and from it a complete paradigm: a new lens through which all of reality can be understood.
Marouane is now architecting the next layer: translating this universal theory into transformative technology. He holds foundational patents for core algorithms including the Carrier Equilibrium Index (CEI), the Dialectical Core Processor (DCP) and CEI Optical Computing, innovations that embed wisdom and strategic cessation into the next generation of AI and decision-support systems.
Research Journey
The work began with a single question: if reality is one process, what is the smallest set of principles from which everything else can be derived?
Formalising UTSBO was the first step, not as a philosophical position but as a mathematical structure. From first principles, the framework was built as a field theory of adaptive systems, with its own action, its own conserved quantities and its own dynamics. Nothing was assumed. Everything had to follow.
The first derivation was the Einstein field equations, recovered as a special case of the broader framework in the limit where the system settles into equilibrium. This became Dialectical Quantum Gravity Theory (DQGT): a complete reformulation of spacetime and gravity in which the classical theory emerges naturally, and the singularities that break it are resolved as phase transitions rather than infinities.
The next piece was the bridge. The Time-Energy Bridge established the physical interpretation of the framework, deriving the relationship between temporal and energetic rates as a conserved quantity of the underlying dynamics.
From there, the work turned to light. The Dialectical Nature of Light (DNL) reframed the speed of light not as a fixed constant but as an emergent equilibrium, and generalised mass-energy equivalence accordingly. It showed that light does not travel in straight lines but in spiral paths whose geometry encodes the state of the system it moves through.
That insight led directly to the resolution of one of the longest-standing paradoxes in physics. The Quasi-Local Theory of the Event Horizon (QLT) reframed the black hole horizon as a local threshold rather than a global boundary, and demonstrated that information is not destroyed at that boundary but transformed.
Most recently, the work has entered a new frontier: the Dialectical Entropy Engine (DEE). Where the earlier papers resolved what physics had left unresolved, the DEE opens a new direction, a general framework for how ordered systems sustain themselves against dissipation and how that principle can be engineered into computation, energy and adaptive decision systems.
Each paper was not a new theory but a new layer of the same one. The order mattered: foundation, unification, bridge, light, horizon, engine. Each step depended on the one before it. None of them could have been reached without the others.
The Paradigm
The framework spans the full breadth of scientific inquiry across five interlocking domains.
- Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity, unified under a single framework.
- Quantum Computation, via CEI-stabilised qubits and dialectical gate architectures.
- Space Travel and Cosmology, via CEI-modulated propulsion and the resolution of the cosmological constant problem.
- Black Hole Event Horizons, resolved as quasi-local boundaries with information-preserving transitions.
- Philosophy of Science, through dialectical realism as a new foundation for investigation.
